BILL

Bill has been training at 1to1 Fitness in Tysons since 2006. He is a former Big 4 Partner and is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AcumenX, a DC-based boutique Consulting firm. He’s also coached high school and youth level ice hockey in Ashburn, VA for the last 20 years.

“I was an athlete growing up and LOVE working out. I always look forward with excitement for each and every workout session at 1to1 Fitness. I know I am going to work hard and be pushed to my limit.

Every single trainer is exceptional – they consistently deliver the quality and standards of excellence Pat and Doug expect from their trainers. The trainers themselves are extremely technical, friendly, encouraging and supportive. They are excellent at pushing me to my limit and helping me achieve more working out with them than I could ever do on my own. They have all helped me accomplish many of my goals over the years from climbing Mount Rainer, running Marathons to staying in the best shape I can as I have aged.

My workouts are challenging, always something different and always intense, which I absolutely love! They are tailored to my specific goals, my age, my fitness level and include a variety of weight training, functional, cardiovascular and metabolic exercises. They keep me accountable for working out weekly and provide me the energy and motivation be at my best both personally and professionally.
