For the past 15 years, 1TO1 Fitness has been providing personal training and small group training to Great Falls residents. We are now renovating and expanding our studio to create a high-quality, fully equipped neighborhood gym for Great Falls residents who want a convenient place to work out close to home.
Personal Training and Small Group Training will also continue to be available to members who want professional guidance regularly or just occasionally.
On-site physical therapy will also be available from Great Falls Physical Therapy who will have a satellite office in 1TO1 Fitness Plus.
1TO1 Fitness Plus will open to new members on Monday, January 4, 2027. Regular membership will be $89 per month with a $99 joining fee. Memberships will be month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
