As the Personal Training provider for Brookfield Properties, 1TO1 Fitness is pleased to lead you through the Brookfield February Deskercise Challenge. For two weeks, Monday through Friday, we hope you will take just 5 minutes out of your day for a mini workout to stimulate your body and mind. After every mini workout you complete, fill out the “Record My Progress” button and submit the form below (maximum of 10 submissions per person; one for each mini workout you do over the two-week challenge period). The top 3 participants who complete the most workouts will win a complete 45-minute, on-site, one-on-one personal training session in your building’s fitness center. Daily videos are below.
