We would be happy to have you come in for a complimentary trial session so that you can try our services to determine if you would like to train with us on an ongoing basis.
If you decide you would like to continue training with us, no packages or long-term commitment are required. 1 on 1 personal training sessions are $99 per session and 2 on 1 sessions are $59 per session for each client. With our Spring Special, we are waiving our normal monthly fee for your first 12 months, plus, 1 on 1 clients who choose our Monthly 8 Plan will get a 9th session free each month for their first year.
To schedule your complimentary trial session, please let us know what day(s) of the week and time(s) of day would work for you in the “Trial Session Availability” box below. We will then email you appointment options and a link for you to complete a Goals, Lifestyle, & Health History Questionnaire.
