  • One-on-one personal training – your goals, your schedule, your medical history, your tastes and preferences; this is 100% about you.

 

  • Partner personal training (one trainer working with two clients) – Want to train with a friend, spouse, teammate, or colleague? We will still tailor your sessions to address both your and your partner’s goals and needs, and you two can enjoy training together.

 

  • G45 small group personal training (one trainer working with three-to-six clients) – For those who would like to train with a group of friends or colleagues and enjoy the fun, challenge and camaraderie of a small group activity. Learn more >
